Fuel Surcharge
A fuel surcharge will be added to all services provided. Above Par will adjust the Fuel Surcharge Percentage by comparing the current average Price per Gallon (USD) (for the latest week, for the State of Florida) and the % Surcharge.
The table below illustrates the surcharge amount. Average price per gallon is based on the average price of a gallon of gas in Florida as published by the Energy Information administration (www.eia.doe.gov)
